  1. Payment of fees is required before the start of the month, and only students who have paid will be allowed to attend classes. The Centre reserves the right to deny entry to any student who has not paid.
  2. All fees paid are non-refundable.
  3. A material fee of $120 will be charged to new students who register at any time during the academic year. This fee covers basic materials for all chapters, and materials will be distributed according to the Centre’s schedule. Requests for materials to be given out in advance will not be entertained.
  4. Students who are absent should attend other classes within the same academic week.
  5. If a student is unable to schedule a replacement class, they may request a recorded video lesson.
  6. The Centre reserves the right to prevent any student from attending class if they display symptoms of fever, contagious diseases, or are sneezing or coughing profusely.
  7. The Centre will take measures to ensure the safety of students but will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage incurred while operating the Centre or providing its services.
  8. The Centre will not be responsible for any lost personal belongings on its premises.
  9. The Centre may refuse entry to or remove from the premises any student who displays disruptive or unsafe behavior. The Centre reserves the right to dismiss a student without a refund for repeated disruptive behavior.
  10. Classes scheduled on public holidays will be rescheduled, and students and parents will receive notification at least two weeks before the lesson.
  11. The Centre may use pictures, sound, and videos recorded inside the Centre in all its advertising and media platforms.
  12. All learning materials, including notes, worksheets, and case studies, are copyrighted and for personal use only. Recording during lessons is strictly prohibited, and legal action will be taken against students who violate this copyright or no-recording agreement.
  13. The Centre reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, and parents or guardians will be notified of any changes.
